Sometimes when antique and vintage items are being sold a question about condition may arise. Please contact us with any questions you may have when you are considering purchasing an item. 

Returns
However, in the case of a problem contact us within 30 days of your purchase.  No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Shipping

• Preserve Cottage uses USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated.
• Orders are shipped 24-48 hours after payment has been received
  (if payment is received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday the order is shipped on Monday
• Pick up by appointment only
• If you feel the postage calculator is incorrect on multiple item purchases, please contact us and we will be glad to check to see is you are getting the best possible deal on shipping.
